To request a reservation for a hunt please follow these three simple steps.
Read and understand the booking terms.
Review hunt packages and hunt prices.
Fill out a hunt reservation form and click the submit button.
Once we receive and review your request we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Booking Terms:
All reservations are subject to approval before they are officially booked. Your hunt will be considered booked once we receive both the completed hunt reservation form and the required deposit. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. If we do not receive your deposit within 72 hours of the booking, we reserve the right to rebook your hunt. The remaining balance is DUE by May 1st. ANY HUNTS BOOKED AFTER MAY 1ST REQUIRE PAYMENT IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
*No rate reduction or discount will be given for not showing up to the hunt on time, or leaving early.
Refund / Cancellation Policy:
Due to the nature of our business deposits are non refundable.*** We highly encourage our clients get Trip Insurance, we suggest TravelInsurance.com. They are competitively priced, and provide excellent customer service and coverage. This is simply to help you cover your investment if the unforeseeable happens.
